There is a $20 one time fee per design for orders under 12 pieces if we dont already have your design on file. If we have your design on file and have ordered with us before, you can order any qty you want for only the price of each hat (plus tax and shipping).

If you have never had us embroider your design before we need to digitize it (design it for stitching) Once we have it digitized, we have it on file forever and you dont ever have to pay for that setup again.
A proof will be sent of your design to the email you provide, we will need approval or changes. We will not begin production until we have approval.
